Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for providing courteous and professional service in a fast-paced supply chain environment within the semiconductor industry. Company: Kelly Services Location: Onsite - Austin, TX 78704 Assignment Length: 1 Year Responsibilities Respond professionally to incoming customer phone calls regarding spare parts quotes, order placement, repair and warranty services, shipment tracking, and billing inquiries Manage customer accounts, including maintaining Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) programs Advise customers on delivery schedules and investigate shipping issues promptly Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently Overtime, weekends, and holiday work may be required as business needs demand Qualifications Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and order processing; experience with parts shipping/receiving administration, materials planning, purchasing, or product support by telephone preferred—especially in the semiconductor industry Proficient in SAP (preferred); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Benefits As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
