Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our non-profit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the bookkeeper will assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records using bookkeeping softwareProcess accounts payable and receivablePrepare bank reconciliationsGenerate financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecastsEnsure compliance with accounting regulations and standardsPerform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accountingKnowledge of accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of non-profit accounting principles and regulations is a plus If you are a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper who wants to make a difference in the non-profit sector, we encourage you to apply for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr 2nd Chance Staffing LLC.
