Supervisor Logistics Warehouse, 2nd Shift About the Role We are partnering with a global manufacturer of HVAC and building automation solutions that is seeking a Supervisor Logistics Warehouse, 2nd Shift. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inbound material receipts, inventory management, material flow, and logistics activities while leading and developing a team of warehouse employees. The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and support for manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, develop, and manage warehouse employees. Oversee inbound shipments, receiving activities, and material verification processes. Process receipts through ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Monitor receiving schedules, records, and warehouse operations. Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counting activities. Support manufacturing through effective material handling and workforce allocation. Train employees on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational best practices. Manage RTS/RMA activities and maintain an organized warehouse environment. Promote forklift safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company procedures. Serve as a key user for inbound logistics, warehousing, and material movement processes. Qualifications & Requirements Associate's degree or higher in Business or Logistics Forward-thinking with good time management skills 5+ years of Warehouse/Receiving Experience, including 1-3 years of Supervisory Good written and verbal communication skills Sense of urgency Detail-oriented Forklift, pallet truck, warehouse equipment experience This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support such as H1B, TN, E-3, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, or employment-based permanent residence processes, now or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr BioTalent
