You'll create unforgettable customer experiences by blending lightning-fast service with unmatched warmth and perfectly crafted specialty beverages. • Deliver the "Scooter's Smile": Warmly welcome guests, share your favorite menu items, introduce exciting seasonal specials, and treat every customer like an old friend.
• Craft Beverage Perfection: Master our recipes to brew, blend, and pour top-tier specialty coffees, teas, and signature drinks that taste amazing and look picture-perfect.
• Keep it Moving: Help us maintain our famous speed-of-service guidelines, ensuring drinks are delivered efficiently and labeled clearly.
• Own the Craft: Actively learn our coffee lineup and eagerly share your product knowledge to help guide curious customers.
• Keep Things Shiny: Maintain a spotless, organized, and sanitary environment. This includes sparkling workstations, clean equipment, and welcoming guest areas.
• Run the Register: Handle transactions accurately and manage your cash drawer with integrity following standard processes.
• Team Up & Stock Up: Keep workstations loaded with syrups, milk, cups, and pastries so the team can work in perfect harmony.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

• A People Person: You genuinely enjoy interacting with others, showing appreciation to both your customers and your fellow team members.
• An Eager Learner: No coffee experience? No problem! We look for a willingness to learn, a drive for excellence, and a passion for mastering drink preparation.
• A Team Player: You thrive in high-energy environments where teamwork and quick thinking make the shift fly by.
• Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in food, beverage, or customer service is a massive plus.
• Certifications: Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification (or be ready to grab one upon hire).

Day-to-Day Environment & Physical Needs To keep the coffee flowing and our drive-thru humming, you will need to:

• Stay Active: Stand for extended periods, move quickly, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements to handcraft drinks.
• Thrive Close-Up: Work closely with a tight-knit crew in a fast-moving indoor workspace, with occasional exposure to outdoor elements at the window and hot equipment.
• Communicate Clearly: Speak and listen effectively to catch every order nuance from customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Look the Part: Wear the proud Scooter's uniform and adhere to our fresh, professional dress code.
