We're looking for a passionate and experienced Health & Wellness Director to lead nursing and care services across our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This is more than a clinical management role. What You'll Do As our Health & Wellness Director, you will be the clinical backbone of our community. You'll oversee all nursing and supportive services for both Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring every resident receives exemplary, personalized care. Leading, hiring, training, and developing all nursing staff and direct care team members Overseeing resident care plans from pre‑admission through ongoing care - ensuring appropriate levels of care at every stage Serving as the primary clinical liaison with residents, families, physicians, and outside consultants Maintaining compliance with all state regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and company policies Partnering with the Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, and the sales team to support community occupancy and resident transitions Managing the nursing department budget and supplies Serving as Manager on Duty on scheduled weekends and as backup Executive Director when needed Utilizing electronic health records to track, document, and optimize resident care outcomes Supporting family members with empathy and guidance as they navigate the journey of aging and memory loss Who You Are You're a clinician who leads with empathy and executes with precision. You hold yourself and your team to a high standard - and you do it with warmth. You bring Current LVN or RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a nursing administration or management role - preferably in assisted living or long‑term care A collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure Comfort with technology and electronic health record systems A genuine passion for serving older adults and their families Why The Gardens at Quail Springs?
