Luxury Spa Manager (Sales Focus)
$3,000 Base Pay + Commission with No Cap
Your effort drives your earnings. Every client you delight, every package you sell, every treatment you upsell counts.
Your Role
Engage with clients to sell premium treatments, packages, and skincare products
Collaborate with estheticians and nurses to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure clients leave impressed and motivated to return
Track and maximize daily sales performance
