HVAC Lead Installer

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Lead Installer Technicians to join our team. Skills required Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection. Ability to perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC, and to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients. Must have working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes. Professional Strengths Must present a professional, well‑groomed appearance. Positive can‑do attitude. Ability to work weekends and evenings on a rotating basis. Active listening skills. Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van.
