We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Hospital Director of Operations (HD) to lead one of our flagship veterinary hospitals with the insight and strategic mindset of a Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for overseeing a $60M+ P&L, this individual will drive operational excellence, inspire teams, and ensure long-term financial sustainability at a large, multi-specialty veterinary hospital. - Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site big box retail.
- Skills: Deep expertise in financial management, enterprise-level strategic planning, complex team leadership, and operational excellence; paired with a forward-thinking approach to innovation and organizational growth.
- Ideal Background: Proven track record of leading complex hospital operations, developing and executing talent strategies, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability-driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering sustained EBITDA growth and operational excellence in high-performing environments and those undergoing transformation / in need of renewed strategy.
- Education: Advanced degree is strongly preferred; MHA/MBA.
