Manager of Manufacturing Operations overseeing day-to-day activities at a cGMP Drug Product Facility.
Responsibilities
- manage staff
- prioritize tasks
- maintain compliance
- author/review batch documentation
- lead investigations
- implement process improvements
- collaborate with internal/external departments on maintenance and upgrades
- mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in science, engineering, or technical field
- 4+ years industry experience including supervisory duties
- knowledge of cGMP, process validation, and pharmaceutical development
- proficiency in QbD, DoE, SPC, and data analysis
