Nursing Services Manager Location: Red Bank, NJ. Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, operational workflows, budget management, and fostering a high‑performing culture aligned with hospital goals. Responsibilities Lead nursing strategic planning aligned with hospital goals and manage budget, labor costs, and staffing. Prepare business cases for equipment purchases and collaborate with Medical Directors on priorities. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, continuous education, and coach Clinical Coordinators. Ensure exceptional patient care by implementing best practices and clinical governance; participate in quality assurance. Lead initiatives to enhance client experience. Maintain open communication across departments and develop transparent protocols. Lead professional activities to advance veterinary nursing and promote ongoing education. Lead nursing emergency responses, maintain team readiness, and coordinate emergency plans with operations. Provide weekend and 24/7 on‑call leadership support; promote a diverse, respectful, and professional environment. Qualifications Associate’s degree. Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT). Minimum 5 years of veterinary clinical experience with significant Emergency and Critical Care experience. Minimum 2 years of full‑time leadership experience (lead, supervisor, manager). Fluent English speaking and reading skills; additional language fluency is a plus.
