What You'll Do Plan, perform, and review audit and assurance engagements for privately held businesses Partner directly with clients to understand their operations and deliver exceptional assurance services Review financial statements for compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards Manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion while meeting quality and deadline expectationsMentor and develop junior team members Collaborate with firm leadership to deliver outstanding client service and strengthen long-term relationships What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 5+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit and assurance services Experience serving closely held, for-profit small to midsize businesses Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment CPA license or progress toward obtaining a CPA is preferred Leadership or client engagement management experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Resiliency LLC
