Caregiver Position at Inlet Coastal Resort

Inlet Coastal Resort is seeking a compassionate and highly dependable Caregiver to join our team. Our residents rely on familiar, consistent caregivers who arrive on time and are ready to provide attentive, respectful support. We are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously and can be counted on by both residents and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For

• A strong record of reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
• Dependable transportation and the ability to report for scheduled shifts on time
• Compassion, patience, and respect for older adults
• Willingness to provide hands-on personal care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in a care environment
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior care, or a related setting is preferred
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living
• Provide individualized support based on each resident's care plan, abilities, and preferences
• Respond promptly and respectfully to residents' needs
• Assist residents during meals, activities, and daily routines
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, mood, or behavior
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Accurately document the care and assistance provided
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other members of the care team
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Schedule

Shift: 12 hour shift; 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on the schedule.

Consistent attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
