Accounts Administrator - Dover The rewards £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience plus 10% bonus based on individual and company performance 25 days annual leave Free fruit each week Costa drinks Career progression opportunities Hours Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm Hybrid — working from home 3 days per week The role of Accounts Administrator: Create and issue customer invoices in line with individual requirements and strict deadlines Upload invoices to customer portals as required Monitor customer payments and elevate overdue balances to management when necessary Communicate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing and payment queries Assist in improving processes and supporting automation initiatives Monitor and manage fuel surcharges Support annual and ad hoc audit requests Process customer credit requests by collecting required financial information Assist the allocation team by providing accurate allocation details The ideal Accounts Administrator: Strong mathematical and numerical skills Customer service experience preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr OA Partners
