Job TitleJob Identification 5886Locations 5399 Lauby Road, Suite 200, North Canton, OH, 44720, US (Hybrid)Essential Functions and Primary DutiesProvide advice and counsel on plan document design and complianceProvide advice and counsel on retirement plan life cycle such as IRS submissions plan amendments, restatements, and plan terminationsPerform research, compilation, review and analysis of information to aid in decision makingConsult with plan sponsors to resolve issuesPerform research and resolution to assist with questions and issuesProvide general client service and problem resolution servicesAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAt least three years of professional, retirement plan administration experiencePossesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and proceduresPossesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standardsProficient use of applicable technologyProficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skillsPursuing Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA)Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needsAbility to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quicklyMotivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skillsComfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlinesExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbout UsCBIZ, Inc.
