Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Arcadia)

Job Location: 4325 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Salary Range: $15.50-$17.00 hourly. Full‑time & part‑time positions available. Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for peers, striving to lead others to their full potential. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
