Facility Housekeeper

HousekeeperRiver Crest Country Club is seeking to add a part-time Custodian/Housekeeper for Saturday and Sunday, late day/evening shifts. Ideally the hours would be 2pm – 10+pm with some flexibility on starting time. The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $16.50 per hour based on verifiable experience.Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth's oldest and most storied country club.River Crest offers an over-market wage as well as a great work environment. Part time employees may be offered participation in our 401(k) plan after 1 year if they are over age 18 and have worked over 1,000 hours. All employees enjoy Chef-inspired meals in our Staff Dining Room.The Custodian/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all Club areas and reporting any damage or maintenance problems to the Building Maintenance or Housekeeping Departments.Must be able to work evening shifts.Good Member relations skills are requiredAttention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptionsMust present a neat and clean personal appearanceMust have timely, reliable attendanceMust have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisorsA high school education or equivalent is requiredCleans indoor furniture to include, but not limited to:DustingDisinfecting telephonesPolishing brass and silverCleans bathrooms to include, but not limited to:ToiletsSinks and countersShowersMirrorsCleans floors and carpets to include, but not limited to:VacuumingMoppingSweeps patio area(s) and employee entrance hallwayEmpties wastebaskets throughout the ClubReports maintenance problems to the Building Maintenance or Housekeeping departments, including, but not limited to:Property damageBurned out light bulbsPlumbing problemsComplete other duties as assigned or directed.Determines when damage and maintenance issues need to be reported to department heads; and prioritizes work areas to be completed.Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reachMust be able to work with cleaning supplies and chemicals.Use of hands and arms to handle, position, move materials, and manipulate things.Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbsAll employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.All employees are E-Verified.
