Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:
- Valid OT licensure in California
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to creatively adapt tools and strategies for diverse student needs
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
- Passion for fostering student independence and participation in daily routines
What you'll do:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services onsite for students in elementary settings
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress while adjusting strategies as needed
- Work alongside educators, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families with practical interventions and educational resources
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
This contract position offers hourly compensation starting at $45 and up, depending on experience. The supportive environment allows you to focus on student progress and professional growth during the 26/27 school year.
