Capital Project Manager

Title: Capital Project Manager KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value‑added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world‑class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high‑end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. Position Overview Responsible for all phases of planning and execution on minor, small, to medium‑sized projects (typically less than $50million total installed cost) or a segment of a larger project. Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with established policies and procedures. Manages day‑to‑day client contact and communication, focusing on client satisfaction. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders and may serve as proposal manager of medium‑sized projects. Holds budgetary accountability. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain project documentation files, including technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project‑required documents. Plan, organize, and control projects following company policies, procedures, and approved requirements. Maintain day‑to‑day contact and communication with the client to ensure client satisfaction. Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders. Manage budgetary responsibilities and maintain cost control. Serve as proposal manager for medium‑sized projects when required. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Engineering. 10+years of related experience. Experience in decarbonization, energy transition, and sustainability.
