Clinical Science Liaison

Providing real-time clinical support and interpretation of results, the full-time Clinical Science Liaison will serve as a subject matter expert for clients, collaborating with internal teams and maintaining knowledge of clinical offerings in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Deliver real-time clinical and technical support to providers through various communication channels Document client interactions and relay feedback for process improvements to internal teams Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical offerings and assist in developing resources for the team Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in genetic counseling, human genetics, or a related healthcare field Strong understanding of clinical genetic testing and its applications At least 2 years of experience in a genetic testing laboratory or clinic Board certification in genetic counseling is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with lab techniques such as NGS and Sanger sequencing
