Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,867-$2,035 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour days Start date: 07/27/2026 Setting: hospital Med/Surg unit in Lincoln, ME Onboarding and credentialing support provided on day 1 Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing age‑appropriate nursing assessments; identify priorities and develop/modify the plan of care Administer medications and monitor patient responses, using the five rights and med verification processes Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including hospitalists and case managers, to coordinate care and discharge planning Document care accurately in the medical record and communicate changes in patient status to the care team Support patient and family education, participate in bedside rounds, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives as part of the unit team Requirements License: Current Maine nursing license or compact licensure Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred Education: BSN preferred Immunizations: Varicella (2 doses or titer); HepB (3 doses or titer or declination—declination allowed for HepB only); MMR (2 doses or titer); Tdap; PPD (2‑step or titer within past 12 months); Flu vaccine required during flu season Experience: Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve, with strong critical thinking and effective verbal/written communication; knowledge of nursing assessment and skills for all age groups Physical/Environmental: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced hospital setting; exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials may occur Onboarding: Travel staff will report to Human Resources for onboarding on day 1; credentialing and onboarding processes required Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours and 13‑week assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and onboarding support Nationwide assignments and assignment flexibility Professional development and quality improvement involvement Dedicated support throughout the assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
