Requirements
- Current RN license in Maine or compact state.
- BSN preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Immunizations required:
- Varicella: 2 doses or titer
- HepB: 3 doses or titer (declination optional)
- MMR: 2 doses or titer
- Tdap required
- PPD: 2-step test or titer within the past 12 months
- Flu shot required during flu season.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform initial age-appropriate nursing assessments and ongoing reassessments.
- Develop and implement a plan of care based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Communicate patient care activities to healthcare team members and document in accordance with established standards.
- Administer medication and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families regarding health care plans and discharge needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
- Traveler will report to Human Resources for the onboarding process.
- Agency W-9 and Certificate of Insurance for Worker's Compensation and Liability ($1M/$3M) required.
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts within 12 weeks.
