Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT imaging techniques to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by physicians
• Work closely with radiologists and the care team to ensure accurate diagnostic results
• Properly position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for both patients and the healthcare team
• Keep detailed logs of imaging procedures and equipment maintenance
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Contribute to a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging setting

Education Essentials

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduate from an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or ability to acquire certification within 90 days of employment

Valuable Skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety measures
• Strong communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
