Your Position

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the spark that turns interest into confident "yes" moments, guiding patients and families through treatment options with clarity and momentum. You'll connect clinical recommendations to practical next steps, keep schedules and financial arrangements moving smoothly, and ensure every consultation feels organized, upbeat, and reassuring.

• Coordinate orthodontic consultations and present treatment plans
• Discuss fees, insurance, and payment options; support case acceptance
• Communicate with patients/parents and collaborate with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up touchpoints

Required skills/qualifications:

• Dental/orthodontic front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-focused mindset
• Comfort discussing financials and answering questions with professionalism
• Reliable onsite availability across Layton and Syracuse

Your Location & Schedule

This position will support both our Layton and Syracuse clinics.

• Tuesday Syracuse 7:45am–4pm
• Wednesday Layton 7:45am–4pm
• Thursday Layton 6:45am–2pm
• Fridays Syracuse 7:45am–4pm (1st–5th as scheduled)
