Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding its collaborative primary care team in downtown Seattle, Washington. This 0.75 FTE primary care APP position offers a flexible schedule and access to a full range of support services. Aspects of the Advanced Practitioner Role Integrative primary care model with embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry providers. Flexible schedule options to accommodate individual needs. Access to ancillary and specialty services with over 30 in‑hospital medical specialties. Learning opportunities through a formal mentorship program and a teaching culture. Innovation culture with continuous improvement using the Virginia Mason Production System. Compensation Range: $136,600 - $167,000 per year. Nurse Practitioner Requirements 1+ years primary care APP experience preferred. Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License required. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority. Physician Assistant Requirements 1+ years primary care APP experience preferred. Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in Washington required.
