Company Description Mysa Autism Center is an Evansville, Indianaased autism care center that opened in Fall 2024, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and comprehensive autism services. The center supports individuals with autism and related diagnoses through services such as autism therapy, behavior support, and behavior consulting. A team of dedicated, highly trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts develops personalized treatment plans designed to unlock potential, enhance communication, and promote independence. Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for clients at Mysa Autism Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to adjust programming for skill acquisition and behavior reduction. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, collaborate closely with families and caregivers, and provide parent education and coaching to support generalization of skills at home and in the community. The role involves regular documentation of progress, participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Evansville, IN. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Comfort and skill in Parent Education and caregiver coaching to support skill generalization and family engagement. Background in Psychology and Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and promote adaptive skills. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility for applicable state licensure. Experience working with autistic individuals or those with related developmental diagnoses in clinical, school, or community settings. Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and culturally responsive, person-centered care.
