Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• California licensure and Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
• Experience with school-based SLP services, particularly in PreK settings, highly valued
• Familiarity with SEIS and California Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation is an advantage
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred, although monolingual candidates are welcome
• AAC device experience a plus
• Willingness to work itinerantly across locations if needed
• Comfortable working with students with mild to moderate, and some severe, communication needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ use of AAC devices when indicated
• Document progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in district meetings, trainings, and professional development
