Information Technology Help Desk

We are seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a Microsoft-based environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting end-user issues and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting hardware and software deployments, and ensuring users have the tools they need to be productive. Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support for end users Troubleshoot printer, workstation, and network connectivity issues Support Microsoft Outlook and other email-related issues Perform Active Directory account administration and password resets Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and peripheral equipment Support Office 365 applications and Microsoft technologies Document issues and resolutions as needed Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when appropriate Required Qualifications Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity issues Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to diagnose and resolve common end-user technical problems independently At least 1 year of professional IT support experience or equivalent hands-on experience in a corporate environment Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications Additional experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
