TA Operations Specialist (Workday Recruiting)

About the Role Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting , strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What Youu2019ll Do + Administer and support Workday Recruiting , including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support + Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance + Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalate issues as needed + Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements + Support compliance initiatives , ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements + Develop and maintain process documentation , training materials, and user guides + Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts Required Qualifications + Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations , or a related field + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience + Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required) + Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom) + Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications + Workday Recruiting Pro Certification + Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles + Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis + Experience in a high-volume or retail environment Why Join Family Dollar?
