Registered Nurse Nursing
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- At least two years recent experience in the field required
- Experience with EPIC preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and their families.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Compliance / Notes:
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety certification required.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
