ConciergeThe Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests of the apartment building experience exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. This position is responsible for providing personalized assistance, managing requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a variety of tasks ranging from managing deliveries and reservations to coordinating building services and addressing resident inquiries.Position Hours: 7am-3:30pm Saturday and SundaysHow you will be successful:Greet residents and guests as they enter the buildingAnswer phone calls with courtesy and route to the appropriate associate as needed.Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morningManage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needsAssist other tasks as assigned by the property managerMaintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concernsMaintain organization and cleanliness of work areaAbide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.Embrace Mills values and apply to all areas of responsibilityWhat you need:High school diploma or GED preferredValid drivers license and proof of insurance requiredPrevious concierge or guest services experience preferredReliable transportation
