Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeResponsible for supporting process improvement initiatives including process automation solutions and quality improvements in partnership with GSSC functions and/or global stakeholders, with a focus on process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for improvement, measure process efficiencies, validate improvement benefits and act as a partner to the business to perform continuous improvement activitiesSupports Process Redesign Experts/ Analysts in conducting process discovery workshops/ sessions during opportunity identificationCreation of process design documents (PDDs) and/or business requirement documents (BRDs) which are required for deployment of automation solutionsResponsible for detailed process mapping/ analysis (Level 5- Level 6 process maps)Adherence to process improvement/ automation governance frameworkRequired EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience5 years relevant experienceRequired Licenses/CertificationsSSGBC, Agile PractitionerPreferred Competencies/SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, and comfortable dealing with all levels of management both in GSSC and onshoreExcellent workshop facilitation and data gathering skillsProcess flow design and optimisationExcellent stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with process mapping toolsExcellent use of process mining/ mapping applications and tools – e.g. Signavio, Celonis, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Applications- Word, Powerpoint, ExcelAdaptable to change and able to work in a highly dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple initiativesStrong agility and flexibilityPreferred EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePreferred Experience2-5 years of experience in ‘as-is’ process discovery and ‘to-be’ process modelling and analysis, using structured methodology with proven resultsHas participated in the implementation of a continuous improvement project that delivered tangible benefitsAt least 2 year experience in insurance industryGraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplinesLean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, Agile/ Scrum or equivalentPreferred KnowledgeKnowledge in process & data analysisKnowledge of customer journey mapping and touchpoint analysisKnowledge in Lean/Six Sigma, Quality ManagementApplication of CI tools – e.g. process mining or statistical toolsConceptual knowledge/background in Agile (Scrum) practice, and/or Project ManagementPreferably with knowledge in the Insurance industryQBE Cultural DNAEverything we do at QBE is underpinned by our DNA (which interlinks seven cultural elements) – because we know it's not just what we do that matters, it's how we do it that makes the difference.
