The role We're looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to own hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and our broader commercial organization. This is a high-ownership role for someone who operates with speed, urgency, and creativity. You'll partner directly with leadership and our Head of Talent to turn business priorities into hiring plans, build pipelines for roles without an established playbook, and drive searches forward without waiting to be told what to do next. You'll be expected to know where every search stands, identify risk early, push for decisions, and increase hiring velocity without lowering the talent bar. What you'll do Own GTM searches end-to-end, from kickoff and market mapping through offer and close Partner with leaders to turn business priorities into clear profiles and search strategies Create momentum: identify bottlenecks, surface risk, push for decisions, and keep searches moving Build exceptional pipelines through targeted outbound, referrals, networks, and creative sourcing Develop deep fluency in what separates exceptional GTM talent from average Run high-signal screens and give hiring managers clear, decisive recommendations Use funnel data to diagnose problems and continuously improve hiring velocity Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while operating at startup speed Who we're looking for Autonomous: Once the goal is clear, you build the plan and run with it Urgent: You naturally push toward decisions and don't let searches stall Commercial: You understand the business and develop a strong point of view on what great GTM talent looks like Resourceful: You can build pipeline in difficult talent markets rather than relying on inbound High judgment: Hiring managers trust your candidate assessments and recommendations Accountable: You know your funnel, priorities, and risks at all times Adaptable: You're comfortable when priorities shift and the playbook doesn't exist yet Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant GTM, sales, or commercial hiring Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment Strong outbound sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, NextPlay, and other modern platforms Experience independently managing multiple searches and partnering with senior stakeholders Strong command of recruiting metrics and using funnel data to improve hiring velocity Why Encord Base salary, quarterly commission, and equity Significant ownership and growth as Encord scales Direct partnership with senior leaders on critical hiring priorities 4 days/week in our San Francisco (FiDi) office Flexible PTO + 18 paid vacation days and federal holidays Annual learning & development budget Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage U.S. and international travel opportunities Bi-annual offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials #J-18808-Ljbffr
