The Role We're building the operating system for CPG brands—covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. We 5x'ed revenue last year and are on track to 4x again this year. Hiring is a core lever for us right now, not a support function. We're looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to execute our Sales hiring engine—starting with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue org. This is not a "fill reqs" role. You'll own Sales searches end-to-end—sourcing, running, and closing—while sharpening the process behind them. Once ramped, you'll flex into our broader business roles (Customer Success and Implementation) as the revenue org scales.
