Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CT technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating CT equipment and a thorough understanding of imaging protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety.
• Prepare patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety standards.
• Review and adjust imaging settings on PACS system to optimize image quality.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to interpret imaging results.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including BLS and CT registry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification and BLS certification; CT registry preferred.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical CT experience, including basic CT, CTA, brain perfusions, and trauma scans.
• Have experience with PACS systems and GE CT scanners.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR, with recent experience within the past 12 months.
• Maintain an active license (compact or TN) and two supervisory references.
• Be able to pass Epic competency exam on the first attempt.
