Occupational Therapist - Full-Time, 8H DaysScheduleMonday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with staggered start times between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse caseload of patients in an inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care setting. Your role will require you to adapt your skills to meet the cognitive and physical needs of each individual patient you encounter.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.Be adaptable and willing to see patients with a variety of diagnoses, including pediatric cases.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff on patient care strategies.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive Occupational Therapy license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.Must be flexible and able to serve patients with various needs and backgrounds.Willingness to assist in different areas as needed, including pediatric patients.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
