Leadership & Vision Provides clear direction while honoring Parkside’s heritage. Skilled at guiding a church through transition with steadiness and hope. Collaborative leader who works well with elders, staff, and volunteers. Able to unify, inspire, and mobilize the congregation toward mission. Preferred Experience Prior pastoral leadership experience in a church of similar size or complexity. Experience leading through transition or revitalization is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to grow ministries and develop leaders.
