Essential Functions Lead and support the daily activities of the Accounts Receivable team. Assist with workload distribution and monitor the timely completion of daily tasks. Research and resolve homeowner account issues, payment discrepancies, and customer inquiries. Process homeowner payments, ACH applications, account adjustments, and credits. Prepare bank deposits and ensure the timely and accurate posting of payments. Maintain accurate homeowner account records within the accounting system. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account‑related issues. Assist management with process improvements, cross‑training initiatives, and the documentation of departmental procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, clients, and internal stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position: Core Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Data entry and record‑keeping Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Team leadership and employee development Requirements Minimum Qualifications Three years of accounting experience in a high‑volume environment One year of supervisory or team lead experience Customer service experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Vantaca accounting software Accounts Receivable experience Community association management industry experience preferred The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting a small team, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and organization.ADA Requirements Ability to read printed materials and computer screens accurately for extended periods. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
