Would you like to use your administrative and analytical skills to support a mission-driven organization where your work helps improve the quality of life of individuals with autism? As an Operations Data Specialist at Anderson Center for Autism, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Operations Department by coordinating work requests, maintaining critical data systems, tracking budgets and expenses, overseeing records and reporting functions, and helping ensure the efficient management of maintenance operations across the organization. You will coordinate preventative maintenance activities, vendor schedules, contractor services, and other operational activities that support the efficient functioning of agency facilities. You will maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and records that support compliance, operational efficiency, and effective project management. You will serve as a collaborative resource to Operations leadership and staff by helping identify solutions, improve workflows, and support the department's strategic goals. You will help ensure that the facilities and operational systems supporting Anderson's programs continue to provide a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment for the individuals we serve.
