- Entering data from various locations daily into an ERP accounting system.
- Enter receiving/production/deliveries, balance reports, review and adjust inventories, voucher/code monthly bills, switchboard coverage, process ingredient invoices (match with proper documentation).
- Provide reports for audits and any other duties assigned.
- 2+ years of experience with accounts payable, inventory and receptionist experience.
- Microsoft Office Products, good communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask is necessary!
