Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining production machinery. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate manufacturing machines efficiently on a daily basis. Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily manufacturing goals. Maintain accurate records of production and equipment performance. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Basic computer proficiency with Windows-based software. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Technical aptitude with a focus on machinery operation and troubleshooting. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
