What You'll Do

• Coordinate on-time, error-free outbound shipments
• Manage inbound receipts, documentation, and ERP entries
• Act as the go-to liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer service
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies & shipment issues
• Schedule dock appointments and carrier pickups
• Maintain accurate shipping records & documentation
• Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvements

What You Bring

• 3+ years in shipping, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping software
• Strong background in inventory reconciliation & documentation
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and warehouse processes
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience with barcoding/RFID systems is a plus
