The daily schedule runs from Monday to Friday, allowing for a smooth workflow that fosters both professional development and work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients referred by their physicians, developing customized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.Implement evidence-based interventions to aid recovery, demonstrating your clinical expertise with techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and neuromuscular re-education.Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring a seamless flow of information and effective collaboration within the care team.Educate patients and their families about treatment options, emphasizing the importance of active participation in recovery through instructions on exercises and lifestyle modifications.Set and monitor patient goals, providing continuous feedback to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction levels.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights that will contribute to comprehensive care planning.Engage with the community through outreach programs, workshops, and events to promote physical health and wellness.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, pediatric concerns, and neurologic conditions. Each day will present new challenges and highlights, allowing you to utilize specialized skills in a variety of therapeutic disciplines while forming meaningful relationships with your patients.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.Current CPR certification.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records for documentation and patient management.Preferred ExperienceIdeal candidates will have experience in different specialties, particularly in orthopedics, sports medicine, and pediatrics. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with patients and colleagues alike are essential in ensuring a collaborative environment that drives positive patient outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
