Two outstanding, full-time opportunities have become available in the Norfolk, VA area for an Associate Attorney and a Family Law Paralegal .

1) Family Law Paralegal

Strong candidates will have 3+ years experience , with a background in divorce , custody and other family matters with 3+ years experience. This position would earn from $60-75k DOE and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Experience in Divorce , Custody or Family Matters is REQUIRED
• Drafting legal documents such as motions , orders , continuance letters , witness subpoenas , subpoenas duces tecum and discovery requests is REQUIRED
• Preparing case summaries and organizing evidence is REQUIRED
• Conducting legal research and preparing reports is REQUIRED
• Assisting in client consultations and managing client communications is REQUIRED
• Filing documents with courts and maintaining case records is REQUIRED
• Scheduling meetings , court dates , and deadlines is REQUIRED

2) Associate Attorney - Litigation (Family & Traffic)

This is a permanent, full-time position fit for an individual with experience as an Associate Attorney with a background in Family Law, Traffic and Misdemeanor Litigation. This position would earn a generous base salary up to $100k (DOE) and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Experience handling Family Law , Traffic and/or Misdemeanor matters is REQUIRED
• Experience representing clients in court and handling hearings is REQUIRED
• Experience drafting , filing and arguing legal motions is REQUIRED
• Experience preparing legal documents , pleadings and other court filings is REQUIRED
• Experience managing multiple cases and maintaining case deadlines is REQUIRED
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar or the ability to become licensed to practice in Virginia is REQUIRED
