Overview Esta posición es responsable de la recolección y recepción de muestras biológicas en el departamento, su ingreso adecuado en el sistema informático de la empresa, la preparación de muestras para pruebas analíticas y la distribución de estas muestras a la área analítica correspondiente. Incluye la responsabilidad de aspectos previos y posteriores a las pruebas analíticas y realizar pruebas analíticas específicas según se asignen. El trabajo implica la recolección de muestras, el procesamiento de muestras en el laboratorio y la gestión de relaciones con los clientes dentro de las regulaciones de cumplimiento. Responsibilities Mantiene tasas de rechazo de muestras aceptables y cumple con los estándares departamentales de productividad y calidad según lo definido actualmente. Participa en las responsabilidades financieras del departamento a través del uso adecuado de suministros y materiales. Se comunica cortés y profesionalmente con clientes internos y externos. Qualifications Conocimiento de los Derechos del Paciente y de la privacidad (HIPAA). Capacidad para realizar recolección, procesamiento y distribución de muestras con precisión y cumplimiento.
