Sr. Civil Engineer

Position Title: Sr. Civil Engineer Location: On-Site in Richmond, VA Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $59/hr Position Description We are seeking an experienced Sr. Civil Engineer for a challenging 12‑month contract (with extensions possible) based in Richmond, VA. This key role supports a long‑term infrastructure project, requiring leadership from design to construction. The engineer will take charge of engineering design reviews, agency permitting, RFIs, submittal reviews, and provide oversight during construction activities. You will serve as the lead engineer to ensure project quality, regulatory compliance, and timely milestones are achieved, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
