This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong foundation in strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in demand generation and a proven ability to apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance effectiveness, efficiencies and accelerate business growth. What You'll DoDemand Generation & Campaign ExecutionBuild, launch, optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support brand growth and strategic initiativesSupport digital execution for product launches across web, email, social media and channel communicationsCreate landing pages, forms and lead capture tools aligned with campaign goals and conversion trackingMonitor campaign performance and recommend optimizationsMarketing Automation & CRM ManagementBuild and manage Hubspot workflows, automation programs, lead scoring, segmentation, and CRM synchronization with SalesforceDevelop nurture campaigns that improve engagement and support lead progressionExecute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, scheduling and reportingMaintain CRM organization, data quality, and reporting accuracyContent, Communications & Channel SupportManage recurring communications including newsletters, partner updates, and Infinium Certified Reseller (ICR) program communicationsDevelop blogs, guides, newsletters, and supporting content across brandsManage social media calendars, scheduling, and reportingRepurpose content across channels to extend reach and engagementSupport content tied to webinars, product launches, sales initiatives, and partner programsWebsite Optimization & Content StrategyDevelop and maintain website content supporting Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiativesSupport AI-driven discovery strategies and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) effortsMonitor website performance and recommend improvements to content and user experienceReporting & Marketing Program SupportBuild dashboards and analyze campaign, website, email, and content performance to support leadership reportingAssist with webinar promotion, media outreach, press releases, and communications supporting major announcementsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or marketing automationDemonstrated success supporting integrated campaigns, marketing automation strategy, and performance optimization across multiple channelsExperience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred)Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in B2B marketing; experience in professional AV, technology, manufacturing, or education markets preferredDemonstrated experience evaluating and applying AI tools and marketing technologies to improve performance and efficiencyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departmentsUnderstanding of AEO, SEO, AI-driven discovery, or content optimization strategies preferredStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Williams AV?You will have the opportunity to help shape demand generation and digital marketing efforts for a growing technology company.
