Database Administrator III - ONSITEJob Description Esri ArcSDE IS NOT AS CRITICAL AS ORACLE SPATIAL, AND MORE SO DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE ORACLE SPATIAL PLATFORM. WHILE IT WILL BE GREAT FOR THE CANDIDATE TO KNOW Esri ArcSDE, WE DO HAVE A GIS DBA THAT CAN ASSIST IN THAT AREA.Job Description The Database Developer / Administrator at this level will:Work as part of a Scrum TeamComplete user stories, bugs and technical debtReview, update and develop PL/SQL including LRS and other Oracle Spatial operationsIntegrate PL/SQL code into Azure DevOps code repositoryEvaluate user requests for new data elements, new features and provide any necessary technical assistancePerform data modeling, prototyping, and maintain data dictionary ensuring uniformity of definitions and standardsMonitor database performance and recommend efficiency improvementsHelp resolve database-related security risks and vulnerabilitiesAssist with required reporting as established by the client8+ years Oracle Spatial (dynamic segmentation, LRS, SDO)8+ years Oracle PL/SQL8+ years Version control systems (Azure DevOps, GIT)8+ years SQL Developer (or other like IDEs)8+ years Esri ArcSDE (integration with Oracle Spatial)Familiarity with Azure DevOps (project management, user stories/bugs/test cases, etc.)
