As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing and leasing process while representing the high standards and prestige of the Audi brand. Position Overview The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and leasing new and pre‑owned vehicles while meeting dealership goals for customer satisfaction, sales volume, and profitability. Successful candidates will provide a premium ownership experience from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery and follow‑up. What We Offer Competitive commission‑based compensation $4,000 sign‑on bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for career advancement within a luxury automotive organization Supportive and professional team environment Key Responsibilities Sell and lease new and pre‑owned vehicles in accordance with dealership objectives Greet showroom and lot customers promptly and professionally Build rapport with customers and identify vehicle needs through active listening and consultation Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policies Prepare accurate sales and leasing documentation Coordinate seamless transitions to the Finance & Insurance department Deliver vehicles and review features, warranty coverage, and ownership information with customers Introduce customers to the Service Department and assist with scheduling initial service appointments Maintain follow‑up systems to generate repeat and referral business Stay informed on Audi products, competitive vehicles, and industry trends Attend dealership meetings and manufacturer training sessions as required Maintain a professional appearance and conduct business ethically at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Basic math and computer proficiency Ability to learn and comply with federal, state, and local automotive regulations Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state sales licensing Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom and dealership lot Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments Position Requirements Full‑Time/Part‑Time: Full‑Time Exempt/Non‑Exempt: Exempt Location: AUDI WYNNEWOOD EEO Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
