Physical Therapist - New Graduates are Welcome to Apply - Bastrop, TX - Offering a Sign-on Bonus!
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM | No weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical operations at our newest outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine facility.
- Collaborate with the existing full-time PT and management team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Oversee and participate in business development and community outreach to support clinic growth.
- Provide mentorship and contribute to our structured professional development program.
- Support implementation of performance-based programs and track clinic productivity and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
- Passion for sports medicine and working with active patient populations.
