Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user IT issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software, hardware, and peripherals (printers, scanners, VoIP phones) in alignment with IT policies.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments—including user provisioning, group policy, and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT security and network teams to enforce endpoint compliance, patch management, and malware remediation protocols.
• Document technical solutions, create knowledge base articles, and assist in developing standardized operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical system outages with SLA-driven resolution timelines.
